Subscriptions
What is the Signature Roasters Club?
Our subscription. Choose any coffee, pick a delivery rhythm of every 2, 4 or 6 weeks, and save 10% on every delivery for as long as you stay. There is no signup fee, no minimum number of orders, and no commitment.
How do I skip, reschedule or cancel a delivery?
From your account, any time before the next order is created. You can skip a single delivery, change how often it arrives, or cancel outright. Nothing is buried and you never have to email us to get out.
When am I charged for a club order?
Your first payment is taken at checkout. After that you are charged each time a new order is created on your schedule, using the payment method saved to your account. You can update that card from your account at any time.
Can I change coffee between deliveries?
Yes. Manage your subscription from your account to change size or grind, or cancel one subscription and start another on a different coffee. Trying something new is the point.
Coffee
What kinds of coffee do you offer?
We carry 34 coffees across three families: single-origin coffees from a single farm or region, house blends built for balance and consistency, and flavored coffees made with specialty-grade beans and quality flavorings. Every coffee we sell is SCA 80+ specialty grade.
How is your coffee roasted?
In small batches, and only after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. That is why orders take 3 to 5 days to process before they ship: your bag is being roasted in that window.
How do I know which coffee is right for me?
Take the 60-second quiz. Three questions about how you brew and what flavours you like, and we will match you to the bags that fit. You can also filter any collection by roast level and brew method, or read the brew guides to work backwards from your equipment.
Should I order whole bean or ground?
Whole bean if you own a grinder: coffee goes stale far faster once ground. If you do not, choose the grind that matches your brewer at checkout. Our grind guide explains exactly which setting suits which method, and what goes wrong when the grind is off.
How should I store my coffee?
Airtight, at room temperature, out of direct light. Not the fridge and not the freezer for coffee you are drinking this month. Whole beans hold up for 3 to 4 weeks after roasting; ground coffee is best inside 7 to 10 days sealed, or 2 to 3 days once the bag is open.
Shipping and returns
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $40. Under that, shipping is a flat $5. Two bags clear the threshold on almost everything we sell.
How long until my coffee arrives?
Because we roast to order, allow 3 to 5 days for your coffee to be roasted and packed, plus transit time. You will get a tracking email the moment it ships.
What is your return policy?
If we got your order wrong, tell us within 14 days and we will put it right. Because coffee is a perishable food product roasted specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on correctly fulfilled orders. If something arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, email team@roastedorigins.com and we will sort it.
Sustainability
What do you do about shipping emissions?
Every order ships carbon-neutral. We work with vetted removal partners in soil carbon and reforestation to remove more emissions than our shipping creates, and it is applied automatically to every order at no cost to you. To date we have removed over 75kg of shipping emissions.
Are your coffees organic or fair trade?
Some are. Certifications vary by lot, so rather than making a blanket claim we list them on the individual product page. Honduras, Mexico and Bali Blue are certified organic, and Peru is both fair trade and organic.
