No Refund Policy for Perishable Items

We do not offer refunds for perishable items, such as coffee.

Perishable items are items that have a limited shelf life and can spoil or become unsafe to consume if not consumed within a certain time frame. Coffee is a perishable item because it has a shelf life of only a few weeks.

We understand that this policy may be inconvenient for some customers, but it is necessary to protect the health and safety of our customers. We cannot accept returns for perishable items because we cannot guarantee that they will not have spoiled or become unsafe to consume by the time they are returned to us.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a perishable item, we encourage you to contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue. We may be able to offer you a replacement item or a store credit.
