How do I skip a delivery?
Open your account, find your club delivery and skip the next one. Skip as many in a row as you like; the schedule picks back up afterwards and nothing else changes.
Can I change the coffee between deliveries?
Yes. Cancel the club on the bag you're finished with, then start it on the new one from that product's page. It takes about a minute and costs nothing. You can also run more than one club delivery if you want two coffees on the go.
When am I charged?
The first payment is taken when you place the order. After that you're charged as each delivery is prepared, on the rhythm you chose. Your account shows the date of the next one.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in a couple of taps. You don't need to email or call us. Cancel before the next charge and that's the end of it. A delivery that has already been charged is already being roasted, so that one still ships.
Does the 10% stack with sale prices?
Your 10% comes off whatever the coffee costs when the delivery is prepared, so if a bag is already reduced you pay 10% off the lower price. It isn't a code, so it applies on its own.
What if I'm going away?
Push it back. Reschedule the next delivery to a date you'll be home, or skip it entirely and let the following one arrive as normal. Both take a few seconds in your account, and neither affects your 10%.
