The short version: free shipping over $40, flat $5 under. Your coffee is roasted after you order, so allow 3–5 days before it ships.
What shipping costs
Free on orders over $40. Under that, it's a flat $5. Two bags clear the threshold on almost everything we sell.
When your order ships
We roast to order, in small batches. Your coffee is roasted and packed within 3–5 days of your order — that window is your beans being roasted, not your order waiting in a queue.
You'll get a tracking email the moment it ships. Transit time comes on top of the roasting window, and your tracking link shows the delivery estimate.
Where we ship
Within the United States. We don't ship internationally.
Carbon-neutral delivery
Every order ships carbon-neutral. We fund carbon removal that covers more than our shipping creates, applied automatically at no cost to you.
Need to change your address?
Email team@roastedorigins.com as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update it. Once it's with the carrier we can't redirect it, but email us anyway and we'll help.
Late or lost orders
If your order is late, email team@roastedorigins.com. We'll find out where it is and tell you straight.
Damaged or wrong orders
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right. Because coffee is perishable and roasted specifically for you, we can't accept returns on correctly fulfilled orders — the full details are in our Refund Policy.
Club deliveries
Signature Roasters Club orders ship on the same terms. Each delivery is roasted to order like any other, and you can skip, reschedule or cancel from your account any time before the next order is created.
