Single-Origin Coffee

Single-origin coffee comes from one growing region rather than a blend of several, which is what lets the character of a place show up in the cup. Expect more distinct, sometimes brighter flavors than a blend, and more variation between bags. Ours are graded SCA 80+ and roasted to order, whole bean or ground for your brewer. If you're new to single origins, filter to medium roast and start there.
