This Tanzania origin is an exquisite medium-light roast, with a complex tasting profile of pear, floral notes, jasmine and strawberry. Hand-selected from small cooperative farmers in the Mbeya region, it features the rare Bourbon & Kent variety and is grown at an altitude of 1200-1900m in clay mineral-rich soil. Certified/graded AB, it is carefully processed and dried on raised beds for a superior flavor.
