Rinse & bloom
Rinse the filter with hot water, discard, add coffee. Pour 50g of water in a slow spiral and wait 45 seconds while the grounds de-gas.

Pour to 150g total in steady circles, staying off the paper. Keep the bed flat.

Pulse pours
Add 100g more (250g total), then the final 100g at 1:45 (350g total). Small circles, gentle flow.

Drawdown
Give the dripper a gentle swirl to flatten the bed. It should finish draining by 3:00.
