A medium roast from Fazenda Santa Barbara, Sao Francisco and Santo Antonio in Paraná and São Paulo. Catuai and Mundo Novo, grown at 750–1,050 m in volcanic loam, pulped natural and dried in the sun. An elegant, smooth cup with cocoa notes.
