Specialty grade from the Sidama zone, where smallholder farmers grow indigenous heirloom cultivars at 1,700–1,900 m in nitisol soil. Full natural, sorted by hand, dried on raised beds. Roasted medium-light, the cup runs milk chocolate, fruit and caramel.
